No Float required: Yes - Traveler will have a home base but could float to any and all Cape Canaveral, Holmes Regional, Palm Bay, or Viera. Block Scheduling: Depends on unit needs Certs required: BLS required. CPT preferred. Unit details: The Phlebotomist will need to be on their feet the majority of the day. They go into inpatient rooms and draw blood on patients and then bring the specimens back to the lab to be processed. Pending license accepted: No – Florida State or compact license required at time of submission Locals accepted: Y – same rate as travelers. Guaranteed hours: Contracted hours guaranteed. Special requirements: - 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) within last year must be included with submission - Flu vaccine required 10/31-3/31 -- Medical/Religious exemptions only.
