Quality Assurance Team Member (Temporary | Potential Full-Time Opportunity)
Location: Eldon, MO Area
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Shift: First Shift (Daytime Hours)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join a growing production team in a Quality Assurance role. This position begins as a temporary assignment, with strong potential for long-term placement and full-time hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll help ensure that products meet established quality standards before they move forward in the production process. You’ll be working closely with team leads and production staff to identify issues early, support consistent output, and help maintain a smooth workflow.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Inspecting products and materials for quality and consistency
• Documenting findings and reporting any defects or inconsistencies
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines
• Assisting production teams in maintaining standards
• Supporting a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members

• Prior manufacturing or QA experience is helpful, but not required
