About This Role The Cancer Center Infusion Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care in the Mass General Cancer Center at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, focusing on chemotherapy administration, patient education, care planning, symptom management, and coordination of outpatient services. Educate patients and families about treatment plans. Develop and implement care plans for patients. Manage symptoms and coordinate outpatient services. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for high-quality care. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in ambulatory oncology required for candidates without a BSN. Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required. Current American Heart Association BLS Certification required. Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) required after 2 years of hire or after reaching 2,000 hours of oncology nursing practice.
