Key Responsibilities- Implement the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to established nursing protocols and policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with care standards.
- Develop, initiate, and manage individualized patient care plans.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives within the department or unit.
- Offer clinical expertise and support to other units and departments.
- Apply critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and experience, escalating issues as necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
- Current RN license in Wisconsin or a Multi-state license.
- CPR and BLS certifications are mandatory.
