Stay knowledgeable about promotions and new products. Complete training and stay up to date on products and promotions. Follow company policies and cash handling procedures. Help maintain inventory accuracy and store security. Support store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience. As a Lead Sales Associate, You'll Also Open and close the store. Lead by example and support teammates. Assist with daily operations and merchandising. Help maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure the store looks clean, organized, and welcoming.
