$45,000-$65,000/yr + Performance Bonuses
We're looking for a creative, data-savvy marketer to grow our brand and drive leads across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. If you can shoot a great short-form video and read a lead report, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Be Doing
- Create short-form video and social content (field shoots + editing)
- - Manage social media and local online presence
- - Support paid campaigns and track lead performance
- - Coordinate with the team on promotions and offers
- - Report on what's driving calls and booked jobs
What We're Looking For
- Content creation / social media experience
- - Comfort with video editing and basic analytics
- - Home-services or trades marketing a plus
- - Self-starter who can own projects end to end
