Preconstruction Manager/Estimator

We are currently searching for a Sr. Estimator or Preconstruction Manager for a client in the Atlanta, GA area. Preferred candidate will have 10+ years experience as a Preconstruction Manager or Estimator with experience with large commercial restoration commercial construction projects.


Qualifications:

• Experience estimating various claddings (likely from the subcontractor world).
• Could be a drywall background
• Someone that is connected with General Contractors in Atlanta
• Connections with consultants, clients, and GC's would be a plus
• Someone that has a good personality/communication skills that could be the lead Preconstruction Manager in Atlanta selling commercial restoration work- EIFS, masonry/concrete, waterproofing, cladding/recladding, etc.
