Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER Nurse to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. This role involves working alternating 12-hour shifts with additional charge responsibilities and weekend rotations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead patient assessments and deliver emergency care in a fast-paced environment.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to doctor's orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, treatments, and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and procedural protocols.
• Perform charge duties, including managing all hours worked as Charge ER Nurse.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with pending or active NM/Compact license prior to start.
• Possess at least 3 years of ER nursing experience.
• Be knowledgeable in BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate the ability to float within scope to similar units as needed.
• Be willing to work alternating night shifts (4x12 Hours or 3x12 Hours).
• Willing to accept first-time travel assignments.
