Job Summary The Zone Technician II performs repairs and preventive maintenance of basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Technical or vocational school coursework of at least 18 credit hours in relevant building maintenance skills 3-5years of practical experience required Core Competencies These competencies reflect the values and behaviors expected of all Grady team members, regardless of role.
