Associate Dentist – Ownership & Equity Opportunity, Tulsa, OK

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Associate Dentist to join a growing, patient-focused dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to build a long-term career in a supportive practice while having the potential to earn ownership and equity in the future.

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team in a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, patient education, and professional development.

Job Type: Full-Time | 4 Days/Week | Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $1,000 Daily Guarantee for 6 Months + 30–32% of Collections After Guarantee

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care to patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and long-term oral health
• Educate patients on preventive care and proper oral hygiene
• Build strong relationships with patients and contribute to a positive patient experience
• Participate in practice growth, patient retention, and community outreach
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry, technology, and treatment protocols
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide efficient, comprehensive care
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice culture

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered approach to dentistry
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Willingness to obtain sedation certification or existing sedation experience is a plus
• Comfortable performing a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Molar root canal and wisdom tooth extraction experience preferred
• Interest in building a long-term career with potential ownership/equity
