As a Product Manager in Digital Banking Money movement team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Define and evolve the receivable product vision, and roadmap aligned to client needs, market competition
• Lead discovery efforts (client/stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, problem validation) to identify opportunities and shape solutions
• Own and manage the product backlog end-to-end , ensuring clear prioritization, well-defined user stores, and strong acceptance criteria
• Serve as Product Owner in agile delivery, participate in refinement, sprint planning, and story grooming
• Translate complex client and business needs into products brief covering scope, requirements, dependencies, risk, controls, and success metrics
• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, data, and UX to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure solutions across channels and workflows
• Drive end-to-end initiatives across receivables (e.g. invoicing, collections, lockbox, receivables digitization, reconciliation, reporting) with delivery management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Strong payments domain knowledge, including end-to-end flows, operating models, and client onboarding/service considerations
• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives and execution in a regulated environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Excellent stakeholders management, communication, and influence skills across business, technology, operations, and risk/control functions
• Proficiency with agile tools and practices (e.g. Jira) and strong writing/analytical capability for client-facing materials

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Treasury product, sales, implementation, or development experience with a focus on receivables solutions preferred
• Demonstrated Product Owner expertise: backlog ownership, prioritization, writing user stories, and driving agile delivery with cross-functional teams
