Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for mechanical, batteries, and precious metals categories
• Drive total cost of ownership improvements through analytics and cost reduction initiatives
• Evaluate, select, and negotiate supplier agreements within authority limits
• Manage strategic supplier partnerships and monitor performance across regions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal stakeholders and virtual teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years category or commodity management experience
• 3-5 years contract management experience
• Supplier management experience with strong negotiating skills
• Team leadership experience with direct and indirect reports
• Medical devices industry experience preferred

Compensation: $99,300 - $198,700 base
