Lead Orthodontic Assistant

This role will serve both our Maryland and Pennsylvania locations so flexibility and travel between offices are a must. This is a role for a leader. Someone who thrives at the chair mentors others with ease and keeps the clinical flow running smoothly. The right candidate will hold an MD or PA License Xray Certification and a current EFDA license or Certified Orthodontic Assistant. We need a pro who is ready to elevate our practice and their career.

-The Basic Responsibilities-

• Be the best part of the patients day
• Preparing for patients
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
• Taking diagnostic records and itero scanning
• Assisting the Orthodontist during orthodontic procedures
• Independently carrying out prescribed treatment
• Building relationships with patients while providing education regarding their treatment.
• Facilitating communication between the Orthodontist and patient

• Prior orthodontic experience is required.
• Maryland or Pennsylvania Radiology certified.
