Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, challenges, and goals.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique requirements and aspirations.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques and solution-focused modalities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on the volume of client caseload managed and individual performance. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
