This is a fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX (Hybrid).Job ID:26-26150 Pay Range: $100k- $110k Per Annum + BenefitsBenefits- Along with competitive pay, as a full-time employee you are also eligible for the following benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Long-term/Short-term Disability Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal) 401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary level Paid holidays plus Paid Time OffKey Responsibilities:Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance providedFacilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutionsParticipate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stabilityConduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositoriesImplement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standardsDevelop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applicationsActively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliabilityMaintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projectsKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: Oracle Exadata, PL/SQL, ETL/ELTVisa- US Citizen, Green Card, and H4-EAD OnlyA collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.A passion for design and hands-on coding experienceA proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining our applications.The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration.Hands on Experience with Oracle and Oracle Exadata.Sound knowledge of advanced PL/SQL ProgrammingGood Knowledge of SQL Development, Performance Tuning, Data Analysis and trouble shootingGood experience in end-to-end implementation of DW BI projects, especially in data warehouse and mart developmentsGood understanding of Data integration, Data Quality and data architectureExperience to Big data technologies is preferred.Experience in preparing test scripts and test cases to validate data and maintaining data qualityExperience with design and implementation of ETL/ELT framework for complex warehouses/marts.Knowledge of large data sets and experience with performance tuning and troubleshootingHands-on development, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problemsCI / CD exposureBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
