PT Stock Associate

Summary The PT Stock Associate supports day-to-day store operations by receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy and presentation. This primarily non-selling role ensures timely replenishment of the sales floor, maintains an organized stockroom, and assists the sales team as business needs dictate. The position may be offered full- or part-time and requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts. Responsibilities Process incoming freight within units-per-hour goals and perform markups/markdowns and tagging. Inspect deliveries for damage, verify packaging, and ensure proper EAS/RFID tag placement. Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets. Manage ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers; process retickets and associate tags. Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional point-of-sale transactions. Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards. Requirements Back-of-house or similar high-volume retail experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms. Effective communication and teamwork skills to support customers and store personnel.
