Area Supervisor Description As an Area Supervisor, you’ll drive operational excellence and make sure Whataburger high standards are met by making sure the restaurants in your market area are always clean, safe and ready for business. You’ll also lead every part of the Family Member (employee) experience by inspiring others to exceed customer expectations. Required Qualifications Qualifications Previous experience in leading highly motivated teams. Experience with Cost of Goods control and understanding of Inventories in a restaurant or similar business environment. Ability to hire, train and retain a well-performing team while having fun. Enjoys people and the interactions with both your internal and external customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
