Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Nursing

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week, Contract Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license
- Experience in patient care across various age groups, including neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients during the shift.
- Prescribe nursing care based on the nursing process, aligned with the medical plan of care while incorporating input from patients and their families.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated delivery of patient care.
- Integrate patient education and discharge planning into the overall care plan.
- Delegate certain aspects of patient care to other nursing staff according to their clinical competence and legal scope of practice.
