Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• WA license information and any other needed information for credentialing must be in place at a minimum.

Assignment Details

• Prefer Medicare/Medicaid credentialed.
• 40 minute 1-1 patient care schedule.
• Longer assignment commitments than the standard 13 weeks are considered more attractive.
