This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, non‑automotive manufacturer as the Plant Controller! You'll lead a small team and manage all accounting activities for the plant. Responsibilities Managing, coaching and mentoring a small team in the accounting department Leading the site budgeting and forecasting processes Overseeing the cash flow process Completing financial analysis on a regular basis Extracting data and generating reports in the ERP system Leading the month and year‑end closing process Completing journal entries and reconciliation Collaborating with team members to maintain and improve accounting processes Other duties as directed by management Qualifications Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree Minimum of 5 years of lead accounting experience, ideally in a similar Plant Controller or Accounting Manager role in manufacturing Budgeting and forecasting Month‑end and year‑end closing Strong financial analysis Experience working with ERP systems Microsoft Excel Preferred but Not Required Skills Supervision Power BI Payroll Candidates are preferred to be local to the Findlay, Ohio area; there is not a relocation package available at this time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
