Special Education Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.

• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or equivalent.

• Arizona State Department of Education Certification for Special Education Teachers or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Special Education Teacher.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Patience and adaptability.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families.

• Background check and fingerprint clearance required.

• Ability to work within standard school hours and follow district policies.
