Responsibilities Mobile Patrol Security Officers are responsible for: Providing excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information Conducting general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations such as unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons Controlling access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required Monitoring security guard cameras and conducting patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment Maintaining clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages Responding to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and recording data on incidents for building and Titan Security management Performing other duties as assigned Required Qualifications At least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license High school diploma or GED Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check Read, write, speak and understand English Meet the physical essential functions of the job, which may include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather Preferred Qualifications At least one year of experience as a security officer or in a customer‑service, retail, hotel or restaurant position Bilingual skills are a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Pay and Benefits Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, location and position Paid time off and paid holidays Medical and dental insurance Opportunities for career growth and promotion Skills‑enhancing training
