Field Service Supervisor

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Field Service Supervisor will join our team on a fulltime basis at our Perth Precinct. This role is accountable for the ownership of the complete customer care experience regarding WesTrac service, repair and general service provision queries in relation to the allocated area of service/equipment. The role is accountable for ensuring effective work order management and department performance to achieve WesTrac’s targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar, customer and WesTrac requirements. Location : Perth Precinct Roster : 9 days on 5 days off 11.5 hours a day (including meal break) 12 month FTC Key responsibilities Lead by example, demonstrating organisational values and visible safety leadership to ensure safe, productive work practices.
