We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Clerk Typist** to join our administrative team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical and typing tasks that support the efficient operation of our school. Your accuracy and ability to manage tasks effectively will be crucial in helping us maintain our commitment to providing a top-tier STEM-focused education. As a Clerk Typist, you will handle data entry, document preparation, and correspondence to support our staff and students. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of preparing students for success in college and beyond. ### Key Responsibilities: * Type, format, and edit various documents, including reports, correspondence, and forms. * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our databases. * Handle incoming communications and route them to the appropriate department. * Organize and manage digital files and documents. * Assist with other administrative and clerical duties as assigned. ### What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as a Clerk Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar administrative role. * Excellent typing speed and accuracy. * High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
