Quality Auditor I Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $ 22.00 / annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Conduct routine audits of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Accurately document audit results, identify non-conformities, and communicate findings to appropriate teams to support timely corrective actions
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in developing and maintaining quality control procedures, audit documentation, and best practices to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency
• Maintain detailed audit records and prepare reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for management review

Quality Auditor I Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or QA certification preferred
• Basic understanding of quality assurance principles, manufacturing processes, and standard quality documentation (inspection reports, audit checklists)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and report deviations from quality standards
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred
• Proficiency with inspection tools and knowledge of SPC and root cause analysis is a plus

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
