Salary $48,000 to $60,000 D.O.E. Job Description C-store Manager. Reports to District Manager. Hours Full Time. Managers are accountable for leading profitable operations of their store. Managers are responsible for executing the focal points of the store, which include: Customer Service, Stock, Store appearance, and staffing of the store. Responsibilities Create a user-friendly experience. Manage your staff to excel and grow in any role while anticipating staffing needs both short-term and long-term. Personalize recognition and appreciation to reinforce a "team-first" mindset. Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits). Requirements 2 or more years of retail experience, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store. 1 year or more of management experience in a retail environment of at least 5-10 employees. Flexible hours - including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid Driver's License. Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office.
