Cash Management Specialist

Mauch Chunk Trust Company is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Cash Management Specialist.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships through the promotion, implementation, and support of the Bank's digital and remote banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, experience working with business clients, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain business banking relationships through proactive outreach and referrals
• Promote and cross-sell treasury management and cash management products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding, and customer training
• Partner with internal teams to deliver effective business banking solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and technical issues
• Manage administrative tasks, sales reporting, and compliance requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor for business clients utilizing digital banking solutions

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of relationship-building or business-to-business sales experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales culture
• Experience with portfolio or account management preferred
