Responsibilities Manage product code creation and SKU setup, ensuring accuracy and end-to-end tracking Handle product requests and shipments (SHOP orders, retailer shipments, internal team requests) Create purchase orders and manage product/launch order forms Maintain and organize product inventory (product closet) and marketing materials Support marketing operations, including newsletters, PDP updates, and ratings/reviews campaigns Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of work experience, preferably in coordination or operations role Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Proactive and resourceful mindset, able to manage multiple tasks independently Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams Strong work ethic and ability to manage operational and administrative tasks efficiently What’s in this Marketing Assistant Coordinator position for you?
