Youth Case Manager — Flexible Schedule
MCHS Family of Services
The SIL Case Manager at MCHS Family of Services provides professional-level service coordination and case management for youths living on campus as part of the SIL program. The role focuses on emotional support and helping clients structure finances and life goals within a structured program. We seek individuals with 1–3 years in human services serving at-risk youth, who demonstrate crisis intervention and de-escalation skills, and who can document case notes and reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr MCHS Family of Services
