Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department

Pay Range $34.00 - $51.00 per hour. Actual pay rate may vary based on factors including experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. Position Specifics Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department, Full‑Time, 36 hours/week, Weekends Only, Night Shift. Facility: St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, IL. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $20,000. Education Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school licensed in the state of practice (required). Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing is preferred. Experience Qualifications Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred. Certifications & Licensure Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice (required). Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact. Basic Life Support (BLS) – required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – required based on patient population. Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) – preferred.
