Urology Gynecology Sales Representative
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive growth in urologic and gynecologic procedures across Maine and New Hampshire. The role involves training surgeons, developing strategic accounts, and leveraging company resources to expand market presence.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate urology and gynecology growth rates in strategic key markets
- Train surgeons to full practice autonomy and adoption of da Vinci platform
- Establish regional case observation sites and epicenters for procedural training
- Build data demonstrating clinical and economic value of da Vinci procedures
- Partner with marketing and academic teams to develop surgeon training pipeline
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed
- Urology or gynecology experience preferred
- Strong clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility quickly
- Proven ability to manage complexity and influence peers across organizations
