Associate Scientist - Sample Logistics

Associate Scientist supporting vaccine research sample logistics operations. Responsible for receiving, tracking, storing, aliquoting, and distributing clinical trial samples while maintaining regulatory compliance and detailed documentation in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

Receive clinical trial samples and enter data into electronic database management systems
Perform sample storage, retrieval, aliquoting using manual and automated robotic equipment
Ship samples and supplies to internal and external testing laboratories
Maintain documentation compliance with cGMP/GLP and regulatory requirements
Support Hamilton robotic instrument maintenance and shipment discrepancy resolution

Requirements

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in relevant scientific discipline
0-3 years pharmaceutical industry experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in team environments
Comfortable working with bodily fluids in laboratory settings
Physical capability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly

Compensation: $60,200-$100,400 base annual salary, plus 7.5% bonus target
