Business System Analyst
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Technical Skills: SQL proficiency, proficiency in data modeling, and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data to solve business problems.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical IT teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Interviewing stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs.
- System Analysis & Design: Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance.
- Technical Documentation: Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams.
- Process Improvement: Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows.
- Implementation & Support: Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch support.
Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
