Grimm, Inc. is seeking a Construction Estimator with 3+ years of estimating experience, proficiency in B2W software (Spectrum a plus), and a strong civil/site work/earthwork/concrete background. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects Review and interpret project plans and specifications Collaborate with project managers and engineers Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Required Skills: Civil and Concrete Construction experience Proficiency in Take-offs and Punch Out Lists Knowledge of Submittals and Change Orders Experience in Pre-Construction and Scope Development Strong understanding of Construction Management and Blueprints Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Bluebeam and Procore software Background in Civil Engineering Ability to manage Project Controls and Construction Documentation Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $89,000.00 Maximum Salary: $135,000.00 Benefits include Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Project profit sharing bonuses, and Company Vehicle or Stipend.
