Personal and Administative Assistant

Role Description The Personal and Admin Assistant will provide direct, day-to-day support to the CEO/President in an on-site capacity in Melbourne, FL. This full-time role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and handling personal and administrative tasks to ensure the executive’s time is used effectively. The assistant will also support marketing and sales activities by coordinating outreach, assisting with customer communications, preparing presentations and materials, and maintaining contact lists and follow-up schedules. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, supporting customer service interactions, organizing files and documentation, and collaborating with employees and clients to help drive business growth.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to interact professionally with clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for drafting correspondence and supporting sales and marketing outreach.
• Sales-related skills to assist with lead follow-up, basic prospecting tasks, and supporting the executive in relationship-building efforts.
• Organization skills to manage calendars, prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort learning new systems.
• Problem solving skills needed for this position to be able to find solutions on the fly
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and flexibility in a fast-paced executive environment.
• Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or sales/marketing support role preferred.
• High school diploma required; additional education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
