Our practice is led by a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who emphasizes the health and well-being of aging adults. We are dedicated to enhancing balance and strength to decrease fall risks, helping community members stay in their homes and enjoy life on their terms. Role Description This is a part-time, in home role for a Physical Therapist, located in Santee, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and providing home care services. The therapist will work to improve patients' mobility, balance, and strength to enhance their overall quality of life.
