Earnings Potential:

The salary range for this role is $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. The role is paid solely on bonuses and commissions in accordance with the Company's Plan. Our total rewards package also includes competitive benefits for eligible employees.

Job Summary

Our Sales and Acquisition Specialist are responsible for acquiring, selling and/or leasing new & used vehicles at our dealership while achieving gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards set by the management team.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Must have a competitive spirit.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must have active listening and strong communication skills.
• Must provide excellent guest/customer service.
• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
