CHI Health  and  Creighton University School of Medicine are actively seeking a full-time  Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice in Bellevue , Nebraska .

• 6 Weeks of PTO plus 6 Holidays
• Annual Salary of $309,370
• Education Stipend available
