Veterinarian, Medical DirectorHillside Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full-time Veterinarian, Medical Director to join our team in Dallas, TX.As a clinical leader in our hospital, you'll drive positive change and medical excellence. In collaborative partnership with the Practice Manager and hospital leadership team, you will guide the hospital's medical standards, support hospital performance, and foster a positive, collaborative culture. Central to this role is your active involvement in recruiting and retaining top veterinary talent, coaching and developing associate DVMs, and upholding high standards of patient care.You'll mentor and develop associate veterinarians, support hospital operations through effective leadership and data-informed decision making, and play a key part in shaping clinical excellence and team engagement, all while modeling Thrive Pet Healthcare's Core Values.The success of your patients' care matters to you, and your success matters to us.
