What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager in Training, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations while developing the skills needed to manage your own location. Leadership & Store Operations Assist with daily store operations and overall branch performance. Help manage staffing, scheduling, and operational goals. Coach, train, and motivate team members. Lead by example while creating a positive and productive work environment. Ensure company policies and compliance standards are followed. Serve as acting Store Manager when needed. Customer Experience Build lasting relationships with customers. Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment. Inventory & Business Performance Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Conduct audits to ensure operational accuracy and compliance. Review reports and identify opportunities to improve sales and efficiency. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for confident, dependable leaders who enjoy helping customers while developing high-performing teams. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age. Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, banking, or a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel preferred). Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Retail management or financial services experience. Experience hiring, training, coaching, or conducting performance reviews.
