What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services aligned with patient needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and document patient progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and injury prevention
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Montana PT license
• Prior outpatient therapy experience (preferred, but willing to consider new grads)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Certification in specialized therapies or techniques
