Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

$700 per day

Position Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Ability to commit to 4 5 clinic days per month
• Must live within approximately one hour of the clinic location
• Favorable professional practice history required
• Strong communication and documentation skills preferred
