Quality Assurance Specialist

Manufacturing Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist We're seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team as a key cross‑functional partner. In this role, you'll create comprehensive traceability packages and data books, ensuring all documentation meets API and quality standards. You'll collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and clients to compile, review, and upload critical quality documentation into Weatherford systems while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and accuracy. Roles and Responsibilities Create and manage traceability packages and data books for projects from start to finish Review and verify documentation output from manufacturing and suppliers against engineering drawings, quality plans, and order requirements Compile, scan, and upload documentation into Weatherford systems while maintaining accurate records Monitor mills test reports, NDE reports, and other quality documentation for completeness and accuracy Implement strategic techniques to mitigate documentation risks and maximize productivity Serve as the documentation representative with clients, contractors, and vendors during project reviews and meetings Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all documentation meets requirements and is delivered on time Ensure compliance with QMS, API standards, and independent third‑party witness requirements Drive continuous improvement in documentation processes and quality standards Skills and Education 5+ years of Quality Documentation experience Proficiency in reviewing mill test reports, NDE reports, and quality documentation Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems Experience with scanning, uploading, and maintaining records Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills Oil & Gas industry experience Knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1 and Q2 requirements Experience with JDE and Microsoft Project Weatherford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
