Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including high-level HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure work is completed to the highest standards. Prepare apartments for new residents by completing make‑ready repairs and upgrades. Use high-level problem solving & troubleshooting skills to propose solutions to issues escalated by the onsite service teams. Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours maintenance emergencies. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a related field. Very strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. EPA certification required (Type I and II or Universal). CPO certification preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a resident‑first mindset. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors).
