Job Title: UKG HRIS Analyst Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Independence, Wisconsin, United States (On-Site) Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year + Full Benefits (Good-faith estimated range) About the Opportunity Ashley Furniture is seeking a UKG HRIS Analyst (Non-Exempt) at our Independence, WI corporate facility. You will support HR systems administration, configure UKG (formerly Kronos/Ultimate Software) modules, and ensure accurate HR and timekeeping data flows. Key Responsibilities HRIS Administration: Maintain and configure UKG system modules including core HR, payroll integrations, time and attendance, and reporting. System Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to HR operations and managers regarding system errors and user permissions. Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, executive dashboards, and audit summaries. System Testing: Conduct comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, enhancements, and workflow automations. Process Documentation: Develop system process workflows, user guides, and training documentation for HR teams. Candidate Qualifications Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience. Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience administering UKG HRIS modules (UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Ready). Skills: Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, database querying, and problem-solving abilities.
