The firm's expertise is diverse but focused in the areas of toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation. Our goal is always to deliver optimal results at the best possible value.Essential duties and responsibilities:Independently manage a litigation caseloadConduct depositionsPrepare witnesses for deposition and trialReview and analyze discovery requestsPrepare and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motionsTrial preparation and supportMaintain accurate time recordsCandidate qualifications:Minimum of three (3) years' defense litigation experienceJuris Doctor from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in FloridaExperience with motion practice and depositionsExperience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositionsCapable of independent workWork in an organized and efficient mannerSuperior research and writing skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to analyze complex mattersWhy should you apply?Our associates work closely with our senior lawyers and clients on challenging work in an entrepreneurial and collegial environment.
