Dell Territory Sales Representative

Job Overview Job Type: Regular. Location: Appleton, WI 54913. 2020 Companies is hiring a full‑time Brand Representative to represent Dell in retail stores. Responsibilities Build relationships and promote brand awareness inside retail stores on behalf of Dell. Refresh product displays quarterly and maintain Dell branded displays and marketing. Leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products. Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside stores, including shoppers and retail associates. Educate retail associates on the latest Dell offerings. Inspect displays and marketing materials to ensure Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained. Travel within assigned territory to visit retailers, generating brand excitement from managers and associates. Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide hands‑on demonstrations. Execute resets, including placement or removal of devices and marketing material. Collect consumer insights, gather intelligence on competitors, and provide sales/marketing channel insight. Maintain accurate documentation for each visit, including schedules, activities, and best practices. Schedule and Travel Typically works Tuesday – Saturday. Schedule is flexible to create a positive work/life balance and meet business needs. Must travel within 70 miles of the market and occasionally to other markets. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate of $20 per hour based on market location and experience. Weekly pay with next‑day on‑demand pay via DailyPay. Paid virtual training and annual incentive up to $4,000 paid out quarterly. Eligible for benefits and 401(k) after required orientation. Paid travel time and mileage. Paid time off, apparel, and equipment. $30/month cell phone reimbursement. Scholarship opportunities, Employee Assistance Program, and team‑building events. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. At least 6 months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or technical/wireless products (preferred). At least 6 months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation. Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment. Must have reliable transportation and required automobile insurance coverage. Performance Expectations Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly. Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Effectively execute sales activities inside each location during all visits. Maintain consistent productivity, shelf space, product placement, and employee engagement.
