Veteran Outreach Case Manager — Suicide Prevention

Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas seeks a Community Outreach Case Manager to build partnerships, identify individuals in need, and connect them with suicide prevention and behavioral health services in the Virginia region. The role requires evening/weekend availability, strong communication, and ability to navigate VA-based resources while collaborating with the Program Director and other teams.
