Shipping Coordinator

Location : Bradenton, FL

Schedule : 6am - 4:30pm

Shift: Monday - Friday

Pay: $20hr - $22hr

Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Shipping Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will handle shipping and receiving, assist with inventory and procurement, and provide administrative support across multiple departments. This is a great opportunity for someone with a mix of warehouse, logistics, and office experience who enjoys staying organized and keeping operations running smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee outgoing shipments, including packaging and documentation
• Manage incoming shipments and partner with purchasing to ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized records, filing systems, and documentation (physical & digital)
• Assist with procurement and vendor coordination, including tracking orders
• Work closely with finance to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Support customer service teams with product returns and logistics updates
• Provide administrative support for inventory, operations, and shipping functions
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with internal processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience in:
• Shipping, receiving, or logistics
• Inventory management or fulfillment
• Purchasing or vendor coordination
• Experience supporting operations or manufacturing teams is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Required Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and internal systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
