El Auxiliar de Atención Diurna para Adultos proporciona una atención compasiva y profesional a los pacientes en Adult Day Care. Esta función incluye ayudar con la movilidad, la planificación de comidas, la compañía y garantizar el bienestar general de los pacientes. Ayudar a los pacientes a deambular y moverse por el centro. Planificar y ayudar a preparar y servir las comidas. Proporcionar compañía y apoyo a los pacientes. Informar rápidamente a los supervisores de cualquier incidente inusual. Responder con rapidez y responsabilidad en situaciones de emergencia. Realizar otras tareas que indique el Administrador y/o el Supervisor. Cualificaciones: Experiencia demostrada como cuidador. Excelentes conocimientos de respuesta ante emergencias y primeros auxilios (RCP). Disposición a cumplir las normas de salud y seguridad. Respetuosa, compasiva y ética. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Resistencia física y capacidad para realizar tareas físicas. Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia en funciones similares.
